  1. I always enjoyed writing menus. Even if the ingredients were SUPER expensive and hard to pronounce, I gave my dishes names anyone could say. Or if the name WAS the problem, I would list the ingredients. NO ONE wants to be corrected on how to pronounce what they are going to eat, so it should be simple.

    Say a dish had chimichurri sauce-I would say it came with a pesto style sauce made from Cilantro or a “cilantro pesto”.

    The ONLY thing that irked me is when people pronounce a Filet Mignon (Fill A/Min Yawn) as a “Fill It Mig Non”.

    *Facepalm for me-High Five to your face*
